11-11 Vote in Commerce Committee on Net Neutrality

This battle will take some time. My biggest peeve about this whole issue is the obvious bribery and graft occurring right now with the anti-Net Neutrality folks. The telcos are passing cold hard cash to their Republican friends to get them to vote with them. MyDD provide some brief numbers:

George Allen: $72,000
John McCain: $44,250
Conrad Burns: $162,600

Update: Wow. I was just checking the savetheinternet.com site and made the realization that this is one heck of a broadbased coalition. When you have the left wing blogger, right wing bloggers, the Christian Coalition and the ACLU on the same side that means something.
